Fish House Covered Bridge
The covered bridge of Fish House was designed by Daniel Stewart.  It was 400 feet long and had two lanes.  The bridge was completed in 1818 at a cost of $5500.
The villagers of Fish House tried to save the bridge from the rising waters of the Sacandaga Reservoir by tying it down with cables, but the cables snapped and the bridge broke up.
